Surrey, BC -- June 21, 2006 -- LINUXMAGIC a leading edge Linux support and development company, has officially announced today the appointment of Josh Wilsdon as their new Vice President of Technical Development.
Mr. Wilsdon joined LinuxMagic Inc. in 2001. Since joining LinuxMagic, Josh has shown a great deal of leadership within the company. From spearheading some of LinuxMagic's largest projects to co-developing its well-known ISP mail server solution, Josh has proven he has what it takes to be a leader in the fast-paced field of Linux software development.
Mr.Wilsdon has an extraordinary ability to manage a wide array of software development projects. LinuxMagic is proud to have such an outstanding individual represent their company. President/CEO Michael Peddemors expressed his gratitude: "Mr.Wilsdon has done an exceptional job over the past 5 years, and as VP of Technical Development we will be utilizing his superb skills and expertise to continue innovating products for the ISP and Telco market."
His previous role of Senior Programmer/Analyst had him involved with developing many of LinuxMagic's software solutions. Products such as the well-known MagicMail Server system have increased the company?s growth substantially over the past 3 years. Wilsdon, a University of Alberta graduate, has been specializing in Linux software for over 13 years. He has also been involved in the patent process for LinuxMagic's various Anti-Spam solutions.
