All MagicMail Systems automically use these dynamic regular expression lists as a way to combat Spammers, and to help identify email originating from locations that do not have correctly set up mail servers, as explained in the 'Best Practises for Email Servers' document.

However, many other systems allow you to use regular expression testing, including Spam Assassin and more. If you email systems allows the use of regular expression testing, please let us know so we can document it's use for your systems.
